The 20% refers to the engagement you will have with your immediate colleagues, managers, customers and the wider business, with 10% of learning resulting from formal structured programmes and a range of online learning resources. We complement on the job learning with a wide array of specific training programs. Ace Express Freight are a Corporate Member of the Irish Management Institute (IMI). One very valuable benefit of our IMI Membership is access to a vast amount of Business & Management information and learning resources. These can be accessed online via the IMI’s Knowledge Centre or onsite at the IMI Campus in Sandyford, Dublin. All Ace Express staff are entitled to use this service, and we would encourage you to do so – to both support you in your work and your personal development.

The IMI Knowledge Centre (KC) offers access to brief and practical management and human resources guides to help you develop and follow best-practice management techniques in hundreds of areas such as performance management, team communication, giving feedback and so on. The IMI KC also holds a large collection of books which they will post to you free of charge!
