We proudly competed in the Fittest Workplace Challenge 2022!

What was it?

The Fittest Workplace Challenge is an annual initiative hosted by Zevo Health where each year small, medium, and large enterprise multi-industry organisations take part to battle it out and win the title of The Fittest Workplace!  

We absolutely LOVE a challenge!

So here at Ace Express Freight we saw the Fittest Workplace Challenge as an amazing initiative to incorporate into our colleague wellness programme. We all pounded the roads of North County Dublin and beyond but most importantly it showed how we work together as a team which is the foundation of how we work. It was also an opportunity to show everybody how competitive we are and how we ACEexercise! So with all that in mind our Teams of Ace Avengers, Freight Fighters and Ace in the hole got their little goody bag  filled with treats to keep them energized and remedies for any sore muscles out there! And the step challenge began!

 

Why is it important?

We all know that exercise is vital for maintaining good health and is a powerful tool for the prevention and management of mental and physical illnesses. Moreover, physical exercise offers a multitude of positive benefits from mood-boosting to improved cognitive function. 

Who WON????

We were absolutely delighted to finish an amazing 10th overall.  A great result for our first time entering this competition. We would like to congratulate our 3 teams that participated in the competition. From the minute the challenge started, all participants showed tremendous determination not too mention competitiveness.
