Founded in 1871, the company started with one man, Carl Heinrich Hellmann, using a horse-drawn cart to deliver parcels in and around the town of Osnabrueck, northern Germany. Since then the company has developed into one of the largest international logistics providers. Through its partner network, Hellmann is represented worldwide with around 10,700 employees in 489 offices in 173 countries.
To mark their 150 year anniversary and our 14 years of partnership, Ace Express Freight and Hellmann Worldwide are expanding our road freight services between Ireland and Germany to cater for increased demand from Irish companies who wish to develop exciting new opportunities with their German customers and suppliers.
