Subject: Important Update: Mandatory Eircode Requirement for Deliveries and Collections
Dear Customer,
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our services and streamline operations within our Groupage and Hub Networks, we are implementing a new requirement: Eircode’s will now be mandatory for all delivery and collection addresses. This change is designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in our logistics processes.
We kindly ask you to share this information with your team members and any relevant personnel within your organization who may need to be informed.
To ensure a smooth transition to this new requirement, we request that you input Eircode’s for all saved addresses in our system and provide Eircode’s for all future jobs. This requirement will take effect on May 1st, and please note that no jobs will be processed or added to our system without a valid Eircode after this date.
To update your existing addresses, please follow these simple steps on our online system:
1. Click on the search icon to look up the address you need to amend.
2. Locate the address you wish to update and click the edit icon next to it.
3. In the pop-up window, make your changes and click "Save" to ensure your updates are recorded.
