Team ACE: Working together to win the Deloitte Best Managed Company Award, for the 13th year in a row!
This has been a year like no other, and this year the annual Deloitte Best Managed Company Awards were focused on how Irish businesses and their teams have weathered the ‘Perfect Storm’ of BREXIT and COVID-19; rising to meet new challenges and adapting to sudden change.
Many businesses in Ireland are just happy to still be here, never mind winning an award for anything they’ve done. That’s why this year we feel so very proud and so deeply humbled to have been awarded the Deloitte Best Managed Company Award for the 13th year in a row. We are one of just a small number of Irish businesses that remain in the prestigious Platinum Club, an impressive achievement when you consider what everyone in every company has gone through these past 18 months.
Each time we’ve applied for these awards we’ve talked about leadership and innovation and efficiency and excellence, all of which are necessary for our business to succeed. But this year our Deloitte Best Managed Company Award is only about our People, how ‘Team ACE‘ got the job done, and by working together we all got through. This year we just told our story, how we each went above and beyond for the team, how we innovated and adapted to deliver to our customers, how we supported and inspired each other, each and every day.
Every one of our 13 Deloitte Best Managed Company Awards is a testament to our team, our culture, our strategy and our strength. And everyone on Team ACE can be so very proud of this accolade, which provides expert recognition of the excellent job we have done.
