At Ace Express Freight, our values are the compass guiding our daily operations and long-term vision. Each year, we take a moment to recognise and celebrate the individuals who exemplify these principles through our Living the Values (LTV) Awards. The 2025 edition of the LTV Awards was a powerful showcase of dedication, innovation, and integrity.
A Revitalised Approach to Recognition
This year, we introduced enhancements to the LTV Awards to make the process more engaging and inclusive. Colleagues voted on two to three values each month from January to April, allowing for thoughtful nominations and sustained excitement.
The culmination was our annual May gala, held at a vibrant new venue. Thanks to the LTV Committee’s efforts, the evening was a memorable celebration of teamwork, unity, and excellence.

Our Employee of the Year Award was proudly presented to Michelle Mooney, who also received the Leadership Award. Michelle, our Financial Controller, has been an exceptional force within the business. Her unwavering integrity, decisive leadership, and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration have made her an irreplaceable asset to our team. Whether navigating complex financial strategy or mentoring colleagues, Michelle consistently raises the bar. Her dual recognition this year is a testament to the profound impact she has on both our operations and our culture.
Fostering a Culture of Recognition and Growth
The LTV Awards are more than an event — they reflect our ongoing commitment to recognising and nurturing talent at Ace Express Freight. In 2025 alone, over 130 training sessions were delivered, and our apprenticeship programme continues to grow, reflecting our investment in the logistics leaders of tomorrow.
